For simple answers to basic design questions, like paint or flooring selections.
1-2 Hours
Rate: $150 an hour (due at time of service)

DETAILED DESIGN
For projects with unknown variables like a home remodel or more in-depth design needs.
3+ Hours
Rate: $125 an hour (monthly invoices sent)

NEW CONSRUCTION
For new construction with few unknown variables and a clearly defined scope of work.
Hours vary depending on contract
Rate: $3-6 per sq. ft. (deposit of 50% due at the beginning of the design process - 50% due upon completion of the design)
DETAILS
Initial consultation is always free.
Payments can be made via venmo, check or cash.
Quick Consultations are billed to the closest quarter hour. Phone calls or texts after the consultation are also billed to the closest quarter hour.
Remodel Rates are billed to the closest quarter hour.
New Construction rates vary depending on the complexity of the build and the services desired by the client.
